Caribe Coastal Engineering LLC is a woman-owned small business with a focus on coastal-related projects. Currently we have one (1) licensed structural engineer and one (1) licensed coastal & waterfront engineer. Both engineers on staff have advanced degrees in engineering. All team members have successfully led a team of engineers and professionals to complete large and challenging projects.

Our Team
(Olgui) Olgamarie Toledo De Leon
Olgui is a Structural Engineer with a strong background in structural design. She has designed, and performed structural and seismic analysis of, numerous structures, ranging from individual supports to entire building structures, mainly in the nuclear industry. She has gained ample experience in project management and resolution of construction challenges. As the CEO of CCE, Olgamarie’s top priority is managing and directing company resources and operations with integrity and efficiency to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
In her free time, she enjoys volunteering in our local Church and community, doing water sports with her family and reading.
(TIBU) Omar L. Lopez feliciano
Tibu is a Coastal and Waterfront Engineer with a strong background in the marine construction industry. He has led commercial divers’ construction work, marine facilities and waterfront structures repair, marina rehabilitation, and installation and maintenance of aids to navigation. He has ample experience in resolving construction challenges, marine facilities inspections, and jobsite supervision. His duties include inspection, report writing, design, and construction administration of coastal and waterfront projects.
In his free time, he enjoys surfing, fishing, and diving with family and friends.
